Hope everyone’s recovered from all the St. Patty’s Day festivities this weekend. Sometimes I don’t end up downloading a new album right away. When music videos are shown after variety show programs, they sometimes grab my attention and it then makes me want to listen to it. This is one of them. Miss A’s “Touch” has been making its rounds for a month now and more than the song, it was the video that captured my attention first.
They definitely seem more grown up here. It’s a departure from the cute, poppy-ness of “Bad Girl, Good Girl” and “Breathe”. The song itself is catchy after hearing it a couple of times. Perhaps it’s because I can always spot a JYP composed track and he always finds that hook that I seem to like.
The dance during the chorus part is interesting with the camera move. However, there are weird sections of the choreography when they do this hoppy thing in their high heels or drag their feet across the floor, Frankenstein style. Overall, the song is nice.
