After a series of encounters in Spain, a modern-day mermaid (Jun Ji Hyun) follows her love, Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho), to Seoul to reunite with him. Unaware that she’s a mermaid, he is intrigued by the peculiar girl and names her Shim Chung. Despite traveling miles to be with him, the innocent Shim Chung is unaware that Joon Jae is skilled conman. He works with Jo Nam Doo (Lee Hee Joon), a veteran conman who taught Joon Jae the trade, and Tae Oh (Shin Won Ho), an expert hacker.
In 1911, during Japan’s occupation in Korea, Yeom Suk Jin (Lee Jung Jae) is a young resistance fighter who tries to kill Kang In Gook, a pro-Japanese businessman. Kang discovers that his own wife was helping Suk Jin and succeeds in killing his wife. However, a wet nurse escapes with one of his twin daughters. By 1933, the Korean independence fighters have grown in number in Korea, China and Manchuria. Suk Jin recruits a skilled, female sniper, Ahn Ock Yeon (Jun Ji Hyun), and rescues two other colleagues from prison, Hwang Duk Sam (Choi Duk Moon) and Rapid-Fire (Jo Jin Woong) to have them take out a top Japanese Army commander. However, their mission becomes exposed when a hit man, Hawaii Pistol (Ha Jung Woo), is hired to take out Ock Yeon and her colleagues.

If the ratings are any indication, you are probably watching You From Another Star. The love story is currently at the pushing and pulling part and I am so engrossed in what’s going to happen next. I’ve been enjoying many of the OST releases from the drama but Hyorin or Hyolyn’s track is by far my favorite. [SPOILER ALERT!] If you haven’t seen this week’s episodes, be prepared that I will be talking about some major plot points.

When a North Korean weapons deal goes awry, a South Korean intelligence operative, Jung Jin Soo (Han Suk Kyu) comes across an unidentifiable agent known as a “ghost”. That ghost is Pyo Jong Seong (Ha Jung Woo) and while Jin Soo and Jong Seong are on opposite sides, they both uncover an international conspiracy involving the late Kim Jong Il and his secret bank account.
Suspecting a traitor among the ranks, North Korean Agent Dong Myung Soo (Ryu Seung Beom) is dispatched to Berlin to try and seek him out.
Another day, another version of Ocean’s Eleven. I figured that I’d watch the two recent caper flicks back to back and rate them.
In order to take the heat off from their latest score, a Korean gang of professional thieves teams up with a gang in Hong Kong. Brought together by Macao Park (Kim Yoon Seok), they aim to steal an infamous diamond called “Tear of the Sun” and valued at $30 million dollars. A Japanese thief named Madame Tiffany plans to sell the diamond in Macao for her boyfriend, Wei Hong, a dangerous mobster whose face has rarely been seen. Everyone on the team has a separate agenda and when it comes time to steal the diamond, very little goes according to plan.
